What we ripped out
Tools that died: a generic ERP that couldn't keep up with channel volume, a marketing-attribution platform that cost more than it saved, three Slack-bot integrations nobody read. Lesson: every tool needs to earn its monthly fee in measurable margin or measurable hours-saved.
