iLogistics USA, LLC ("iLogistics", "we", "our", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this policy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information about visitors to ilogisticsusa.com (the "Site") and customers of our fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics services (the "Services").
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you request a quote, sign up for an account, schedule a meeting, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to share — including your name, business name, email, phone number, shipping volumes, current logistics setup, and any other information you submit.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site, and referring URL. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Information from third parties. When you connect your sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) to our fulfillment platform, we receive order, inventory, customer, and shipment data from those services solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders on your behalf.

We use the information we collect to: provide and operate our Services; process and fulfill orders; communicate with you about quotes, accounts, and service updates; send marketing emails (only with your consent — you can unsubscribe at any time); analyze and improve our Site and Services; comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

We share information only with: shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and regional partners) to deliver your shipments; service providers who help us run our business (payment processing, email, hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality obligations; legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights; affiliates and successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — with notice to you.
Customer data
As a fulfillment provider, we process personal data belonging to your end-customers (recipients of shipments) on your behalf as a "data processor." This data is used solely to fulfill the shipping and logistics services you have engaged us to provide. We retain it only as long as necessary for fulfillment operations and applicable legal requirements.
Data security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we take reasonable steps, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your rights
